Dr. Debra “Deb” Braunling-McMorrow is the President and CEO of Learning Services. She joined the company, one of the country’s oldest freestanding rehabilitation continuums, in 2012.
For over 30 years, Deb has been dedicated to serving those with brain injury and other neurological impairments. She brings a strong background in administration, strategic planning, clinical quality and outcomes and organizational development.
Dr. McMorrow is the Vice-Chair for the board of the North American Brain Injury Society and is the past recipient of the NABIS Clinical Service Award. In addition, she is Editor in Chief of The Brain Injury Professional, a national publication and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Southern Illinois Healthcare Systems. She is a CARF Medical Rehabilitation surveyor and was one of the first Chairs of the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists (AACBIS). Deb has served on the Brain Injury Association of America’s board of executive directors and has published in numerous journals and books and has presented extensively in the field of brain injury rehabilitation.
Jeanne Mack is the Chief Financial Officer for Learning Services Corporation. She has been with the company since the opening of its first program in Georgia in 1986. She has served in numerous positions while at Learning Services including, Controller, Program Manager, and Sales Representative.
Ms. Mack has the ability to effectively manage programs to ensure a good quality service while maintaining profitability. She appreciates and respects the people throughout the organization that make Learning Services what it is today. As the mother of a son with a brain injury, she has led several advocacy family groups and has spoken about the impact of brain injury on the survivor’s family to several community service organizations.
Terri Dorman is the Chief Clinical Officer for Learning Services. She began her 26-year career with Learning Services as a Case Manager in the Colorado program. Ms. Dorman has held a variety of positions during her tenure with Learning Services, including Program Director, Western Regional Director of Operations, V.P. of Case Management.
Ms. Dorman has served on the Board of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado (BIAC) and served for multiple years on the annual Conference Committee for BIAC.
With pride and deep consideration, Terri has dedicated her adult career to Learning Services and the care of adults with brain injuries and their families.
Shannon Swick is a limited licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with adult and children with traumatic brain injury in residential, day treatment, school and home based settings. Her areas of expertise include Applied Behavior Analysis, outcomes management and program development. Shannon and her colleagues have published numerous articles on outcomes with neurologically impaired populations.
Shannon was previously Vice President of Clinical and Operations for Rehab Without Walls. She currently serves as Chief Development Officer for Learning Services.
