Supported Living

Supported Living is designed for individuals who may have completed a post-acute or neurobehavioral rehabilitation program, but need a more structured living environment to maintain their level of functioning. Despite a strong desire to help, many families simply cannot provide the proper assistance environment for their loved ones.

Learning Services offers a variety of diverse and stimulating Supported Living environments for adults with acquired brain injuries. Within comfortable, home-like settings, we provide the structure and support necessary to ensure the richest possible quality of life.

Our Supported Living programs allow for independent living to the highest extent possible, while providing for the development and support of necessary skills, including:

  • Person Centered Services
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Proactive Medical Care and Medication Management
  • Community Integration
  • Money management
  • Community-based, productive activities
  • Recreation and Leisure activities

People living with acquired brain injury (ABI) need specialized services to address complex medical and neurobehavioral issues that many traditional care facilities cannot provide. As innovators in brain injury care, we specialize in addressing complex conditions associated with brain injury.
